FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION.
A disciplined, transparent apparel production workflow designed to keep clothing brands informed and in control at every stage — from initial tech pack to packed inventory.
Phase 1: Planning
PROJECT BRIEF
Buyer shares their product concept, visual references, target quantities, branding requirements, and target specifications. We evaluate feasibility, silhouettes, and production pathways.
STEP 02
MATERIAL SOURCING
We review and locate suitable fabrics, ribbed trims, drawcords, packaging materials, and hardware matching your target aesthetic, hand-feel, and weight requirements in Lahore.
Phase 2: Development
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Review of size measurements, grade rules, fit silhouette, seam construction methods, and branding placements (prints, embroidery, woven tags).
STEP 04
SAMPLE CREATION
Develop and review physical prototype or pre-production sample where applicable. This provides hands-on confirmation of fit drape, collar structure, and fabric feel.
Phase 3: Production
BUYER APPROVAL
Buyer confirms the sample garment, color tones, measurements, and finishing specifications before the bulk fabric cutting and stitching commences.
STEP 06
BULK PRODUCTION
Bulk cutting, precision sewing, component assembly, and branding execution begin strictly according to the approved pre-production specifications.
Phase 4: Handover
QUALITY CONTROL
Products are systematically reviewed against agreed requirements: key measurement points, seam integrity, branding alignments, and finishing cleanliness.
STEP 08
PACKING / HANDOVER
Final goods are steam pressed, folded, polybagged, boxed in master cartons, and prepared for shipping or handover based on buyer instructions.
ACCURACY OVER RUSHED WORK
Apparel production timelines depend on material availability, sampling rounds, printing or embroidery complexity, and order volume. We believe in providing realistic, honest milestone schedules for each project rather than generic promises.
