2. Stitching & Construction
Evaluating stitch density, thread tension balance, seam elasticity on knit fabrics, twin-needle clean finishing, and checking for skipped stitches or open seams.
3. Fabric Consistency & Shading
Inspecting fabric panels for color consistency across lots, surface defects, knitted slubs, oil marks, and verifying that the hand-feel matches approved swatches.
4. Branding & Print Alignment
Verifying screen print sharpness, puff print height, embroidery placement centering, woven neck label coordinates, and straight attachment of care tags.
5. Trimming & Garment Finishing
Loose thread trimming, thorough thread suctioning, clean steam pressing, collar shape stabilization, and visual cleanliness across all outward surfaces.
6. Packaging & Carton Specifications
Correct folding, polybag sealing, size sticker accuracy, correct ratio per master carton, and clear shipping carton labels to facilitate smooth intake.
